Mr. Roshen Herath counts over 16 years of hands-on experience in the logistic industry. His professional experience covers positions served in various logistic service providers in Sri Lanka. He has a varied experience in freight forwarding, Customs clearance, Multi modal transport management etc. Backed by solid industry knowledge, he leads the organization with a strong emphasis on reliability, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
His passion to inspire, ignite & lead teams through innovation and creativity has resulted in valued contributions across his progressive career. He is much more focused on leading the team towards a high performance-driven culture, strategic & business planning, Development and marketing of products to gain increased market share and developing people etc. Highly effective leader with proven ability to build long-term relationships with local and overseas customers by establishing a high level of confidence and trust.
